1. Service fee: ¥300 → ¥500 per order (+67%)

Beyond the three headline numbers, the fee structure change also affects consolidation. Buyee's consolidation fee — charged when merging multiple packages into one international shipment — is now ¥550 per package, unchanged from before April 2026 but now amplified by the higher base fee and DDP on the consolidated declared value.
For buyers shipping five packages in one consolidation, the math is: ¥500 service fee + ¥2,750 consolidation (¥550 × 5) + 15.5% DDP on total item value + 8.5% currency markup on payment. A ¥50,000 order consolidated from five packages could add ¥12,000–¥15,000 in fees before shipping costs.
